You can make as many withdrawals and transfers as you'd like, at any time, subject to external transfer and withdrawal dollar limits (which you’ll find noted online when you perform transactions).

Keep in mind that your available balance may not reflect pending transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals that haven't been posted yet.
