What should I do if I forgot my password?
- Select the Forgot password link on the enter password screen.
- Complete a series of authentication steps required to verify your identity.
- Once you successfully complete these steps, enter a new password that meets Openbank’s password requirements.
- Your password will be updated, and your previously registered trusted mobile device will be de-registered.
- The next time you sign in to Openbank, you’ll be prompted to set up a trusted mobile device.
