What should I do if I forgot my password?

  1. Select the Forgot password link on the enter password screen.
  2. Complete a series of authentication steps required to verify your identity.
  3. Once you successfully complete these steps, enter a new password that meets Openbank’s password requirements.
  4. Your password will be updated, and your previously registered trusted mobile device will be de-registered.
  5. The next time you sign in to Openbank, you’ll be prompted to set up a trusted mobile device.
