How can I change my residential address?
To change your residential address:
- Go to online banking and sign in to your account. (You can also sign in directly on the Openbank app on your trusted mobile device.)
- On the Openbank home page, select your profile dropdown.
- Select Personal info and go to Personal details.
- Below your address, select the Update residential address pencil icon and click Update address to make any updates.
- Click the Continue button and follow prompts to confirm the changes made.
- Answer an in-app verification on your trusted mobile device. This security step will confirm that you’re the one making this change.
Note for customers with Santander Bank accounts: updates to the residential address for your Openbank account(s) will be added to your customer profile at Santander. However, those updates will not change or replace the primary residential address for your Santander accounts.
