How can I change my residential address?

To change your residential address:

1. Go to online banking and sign in to your account. (You can also sign in directly on the Openbank app on your trusted mobile device.)
2. Go to your Account profile and select Profile.
3. Under Personal information, go to Personal details.
4. Next to your address, select the Edit address pencil icon and make any updates.
5. Answer an in-app verification on your trusted mobile device. This security step will confirm that you’re the one making this change.
