How do I change my email address?

To change your email address:

1. Go to online banking and sign in to your account. (You can also sign in directly on the Openbank app on your trusted mobile device.)
2. In your Account profile, select Profile.
3. Under Personal information, go to Personal details.
4. Next to your email address, select the Edit email pencil icon then make any updates.
5. Answer an in-app verification on your trusted mobile device. This security step will confirm that you’re the one making this change.
