To change your email address:
- Go to online banking and sign in to your account. (You can also sign in directly on the Openbank app on your trusted mobile device.)
- In your Account profile, select Profile.
- Under Personal information, go to Personal details.
- Next to your email address, select the Edit email pencil icon then make any updates.
- Answer an in-app verification on your trusted mobile device. This security step will confirm that you’re the one making this change.
