How do I view, remove, block, or unblock my trusted mobile device(s)?

To view, remove, block, or unblock your trusted mobile device(s):

  1. Sign in to your account on the Openbank mobile app.
  2. Go to the Security settings.
  3. Under Device management you'll see a list of items, including editing device names; signing out devices; registering or deregistering a trusted device; and blocking or unblocking devices.
  4. If you elect to remove your trusted device, you will then be signed out of Openbank.

The next time you sign in – on any phone, tablet, or computer – you'll be prompted to set up a new trusted mobile device. You won’t be able to get into your account or take any actions until you complete this set-up.
