I’ve lost the mobile phone or tablet I was using as my trusted mobile device. How can I remove it and set up a new one?

I’ve lost the mobile phone or tablet I was using as my trusted mobile device. How can I remove it and set up a new one?

Please follow these directions to set up a new trusted mobile device:

  1. Download the Openbank app onto the new smart phone or tablet you’d like to become your new trusted mobile device
  2. Sign in to the app with your User ID and password
  3. When you’re prompted to answer the in-app verification on your trusted mobile device (which you no longer have), select Additional Options
  4. Choose Enroll a new trusted device
  5. Follow the steps to complete device enrollment
